Membership Information for 2011-2012

• Membership of NYPS is open to adults and students whose primary profession or area of study is outside the field of music.
  
• An one-time application fee of $50 will be payable by new prospective members.
  
• Auditions will be held prior to each public performance. Audition dates and locations will be announced on the NYPS website.
  
• The final selection of performers and programming will be made by the NYPS Artistic Director.
  
• A fee of $100 will be payable in advance by each selected performer.
  
• A selected performer may reschedule their participation in a public performance provided seventy-two hours prior notice is given.
